Crisis, Disaster & Emergency Management System (CDEMS)
Management of crisis, disaster and emergency situations encompasses multiple activities and services such as first responders (fire, ambulance and police); infrastructures and utilities (energy, water, sewage, communication and transportation), at the local, municipal, regional and national levels; health and social services; public order; search and rescue operations and so forth. Under certain circumstances, such situations may also encompass the emergency employment of military forces, the involvement of government ministries and organizations, foreign elements and international aid agencies and interaction with local and international media.

The system utilizes COTS (Commercial, Off-the-Shelf) building blocks and proprietary software to provide a complete range of management tools that encompasses the entire process of crisis/disaster/emergency management: risk analysis, preparedness, early warning, the transition from routine to emergency operation, situation appraisal, mission planning, command and control (event & task management) and After-Action Review (AAR) and analysis.
CDEMS assembles and displays an integrated situational awareness picture and provides extensive data displays to enable decision makers to address the situation at hand in the most effective manner possible.
The CDEMS software is a web-based application combining standard development elements with specific elements developed as per the client’s needs and requirements. The user package includes a mobile application and a complete operator training and drilling program.
Featuring an advanced user interface, CDEMS can interface with multiple external systems and sensors and offers extensive event and task management tools, situation appraisal and decision support tools, charting and mapping capabilities and recording and playback capabilities for AAR & analysis.
