One of the most common tasks of today’s intelligence, national security and law enforcement agencies is locating and monitoring specific individuals.
This seemingly trivial task is not always easy to accomplish, as subjects are often aware of being targeted and do their best to avoid being monitored.
The proliferation of mobile communication offers a potential infrastructure for locating and monitoring individual subjects. The problem is how to accomplish this task independently of the mobile operators and the networks used by the subjects.

GONMD-MLS provides a cloud-based, worldwide mobile device monitoring solution, enabling users to determine a mobile subscriber’s location anywhere around the globe.
GONMD-MLS enables the user to locate and monitor specific mobile device users without alerting the subjects to the fact that they have been located or are being monitored.
GONMD-MLS determines the subject’s real-time location and can also provide location history and subject behavior patterns. Additionally, the system can alert the user of particular activities on the subject’s part that could be significant from an intelligence or early-warning perspective.
For example, GONMD-MLS can alert the user when the device being monitored (representing a specific subject) has entered a specific country, area or venue; when two mobile devices (representing specific subjects) have been located within the same given radius; when a mobile device has been activated after having been inactive for a long time or when a subscriber has replaced his or her mobile device.
