Tactical Multi-Mission ISR Drone (TM-MD)

The Problem

Detecting, pinpointing and acting as “Aerial Agent” under difficult environmental conditions is a tactical necessity during combat encounters in densely populated urban and built-up environments as well as under dense foliage terrain conditions.

Additionally, one of the major challenges currently facing combat operators is the extremely short life cycle of targets on the modern battlefield. Today’s targets simply do not remain visible long enough to be acquired and engaged by standard weapon systems and tactics.

The operational concept of employing “Aerial Agent” for various missions of defence, ISR and supporting tool, by using an autonomous, fast deployed and easy operation.

The TM-MD advanced capabilities includes carryind various type of payloads, target detections, convoy first “gate keeper”, short range designator for Air, Sea and Land forces.

The Solution

TM-MD Type-SL drone (sUAS) system is designed to serve the tactical level as an ‘Aerial Agent’ for accurate Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions.

The system is designed to operational simplicity and high modularity in a very affordable pricing.

The TM-MD Type-SL System can be deployed in a fixed ruggedized base station where the drone is being charged automatically while the operator remote controls it from his fixed and/or mobile Ground Control Unit (GCU). Upon mission – the station receives the order of ‘takeoff’ then the drone departs the station automatically.

The system concept allows the operator to replace payloads according to the selected mission profile, using the same platform, controlled in the same way by the same operator to different tasks.

The operators GCU can be easily integrate with the customers C4I systems via Ethernet communication and standard protocols.

TM-MD Type-SL can be used in variety of missions in Land, Sea and air, such as:
